Kathryn K. Gambish, CPA
Kathryn Gambish (formerly Stiwald) joined Peck and Peck Public Accountants in 2016 with nearly 20 years of experience in public accounting. Effective January 1, 2021, Kathryn became president and sole shareholder of the firm. The firm was renamed Peck and Gambish Certified Public Accountants, Inc. in 2016. Kathryn is a lifelong resident of Amherst graduating from Marion L. Steele High School in 1986 and Kent State University in 1990.
Kathryn is a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is a certified ProAdvisor for the QuickBooks software. She is past president of the Amherst Rotary Club and active in Main Street Amherst.
John R. Peck, CPA
John Peck is the former president of Peck and Gambish Certified Public Accountants (formerly Peck and Peck Public Accountants). The firm was created by his father, Lewis Peck, in 1959. John joined the firm in 1977. John is a resident of Amherst graduating from Marion L. Steele High School in 1973, Lorain County Community College in 1975 with an Associate in Applied Business and the University of Toledo in 1977 with a Bachelor in Accounting.
John has served on many boards. He is currently a Board Member for LCADA Way and Lake O Woods in West Virginia.
John is a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also serving as the appointed tax administrator for the Village of South Amherst since 1982.
Jennifer Cooper, Senior Accountant
In December of 2018, Jennifer Cooper joined Peck and Gambish Certified Public Accountants with 18 years of payroll, accounting, and tax experience. Jennifer graduated from Wellington High School in 1995 and from the University of Akron in 2003 with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Jennifer is a member of the Amherst Rotary Club and serves as the Sergeant at Arms. Jennifer enjoys being an active member of the community while she serves and volunteers in various clubs and organizations.
